Frequently asked questions
Is it free?+
Yes. Registration, listings and inquiries are free. The platform takes no commission on deals.
Why isn't my listing visible immediately?+
Every listing is reviewed by a human before it appears on the board — usually within 24 hours. That keeps the board clean of fake and duplicate listings.
What does 'Verified' mean?+
The seller proved they are real: companies via an EIK checked against the Commercial Register; farmers via a Regulation 3 registration card. Verified sellers get a green badge.
Can I sell without verification?+
Yes — your listings still go through moderation. Verified profiles rank higher and earn more buyer trust.
How do I see a seller's phone?+
Phone numbers are visible to registered users only — this protects sellers from spam. Registration is free.
What is 'negotiable'?+
The price is agreed directly between the parties — common for bulk volumes. This option is available to business profiles.
When does my listing expire?+
30 days after approval. You get an email before expiry and can renew with one click — no re-approval if unchanged.
Do I sell through the platform?+
No. The platform only connects the parties — payment and delivery are arranged directly between you and the buyer.
Can I export to the EU?+
Yes. Mark the listing 'Export-ready', add an English title and Incoterms (EXW/FCA/DAP) — EU buyers will see it in the English version.
What is a 'Wanted' listing?+
The reverse direction: a buyer posts what they need (e.g. 'Wanted: 5 t of red peppers'), and producers reach out.
