Terms of service

1. BGHarvest ('the platform') is an online listings board connecting sellers and buyers of agricultural produce. The platform is not a party to deals, does not process payments, and is not liable for the performance of agreements between users.

2. Registration is free. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and listings. Fake listings, stolen photos, impersonation, and goods outside the board's scope are prohibited.

3. Every listing is subject to approval. The platform may reject or take down listings violating these terms and block accounts for repeated violations.

4. Listings expire automatically 30 days after publication unless renewed.

5. Verification only certifies that a profile matched a public register (EIK / Regulation 3) at the time of the check; it is not a guarantee of deal performance.

6. The platform is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. These terms may be updated; material changes are announced on the platform.
